At Ponahari Organics (ponahariorganics.com), we do not sell old or pre-packed oils. To guarantee 100% purity and freshness, we extract your cold-pressed natural oil only AFTER receiving your order. Please review our fresh local delivery and payment policy below:
1. Delivery Charges
- We offer 100% FREE Home Delivery on all orders within our local city limits, with no minimum purchase required.
2. Preparation & Delivery Timeline (1 to 2 Days)
- Fresh Extraction & Cleaning: Once we receive your order and payment confirmation, we extract the oil freshly from premium nuts/seeds. We allow the oil to rest and settle naturally for 1 to 2 days so that it becomes completely clean, pure, and crystal clear.
- Total Time: Your fresh oil bottle will be delivered safely to your doorstep within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your order.
- Delivery Updates: Our team will contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp before leaving for delivery to ensure you are available at home.
3. Online Payment & WhatsApp Order Confirmation (No COD)
- Please Note: We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.
- You can pay securely online via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or Net Banking during checkout.
- If you prefer ordering directly, you can also send us a message on WhatsApp, and we will share our UPI QR code/number with you there to complete your payment. Your oil extraction process will begin immediately after payment confirmation.
4. Doorstep Quality Check
Your trust is our biggest asset. You can check the oil bottle at the time of delivery. If you have any concerns, you can talk to our delivery person immediately.
