Welcome to Ponahari Organics (ponahariorganics.com). By accessing and using this website to purchase our freshly extracted cold-pressed oils, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Fresh Product and Ordering
- Since we extract oil fresh only AFTER receiving your order, cancellations or changes are allowed only within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the seed extraction process begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Online Payment Only
- We operate on a strict 100% prepaid model via UPI, Net Banking, or WhatsApp payment confirmation. No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Your order will only be processed once the payment is successfully received.
2. Local Delivery and Acceptance
- We offer free local delivery within 1 to 2 business days. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available or arrange someone to collect the package when our delivery team calls.
3. Returns and Replacements
- Being a food/consumable product, we do not accept general returns once the oil bottle is opened. However, if the product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery, we will provide a free replacement if reported within 24 hours with valid proof (photo/video).
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including logos, text, product descriptions, and images, belongs to Ponahari Organics and cannot be used without our permission.
